moved for 2012 from
August to June to avoid
a clash with Olympic
events.
The procession will be
part of the Southend
Festival and is part of
Sparks will Fly
Southend

event which will see a
number of new
participative events
taking place across the
Borough from 11am to
8pm.

Carnival Association by
